The web site's primary goal was
conversion, or turning visitors into active leads and "members". Members would then have access to a customized portal, giving them a personal experience that allowed them to participate in the entire home buying process, which includes finding, buying and living in their new home.

Average daily traffic has increased from 25 to 650+ unique visitors since May 2006. Lead conversion rates are very high and range between 7-40%. Search engine optimization efforts have also been extremely successful and are responsible for about 40% of the traffic.
We delivered a database-driven content management system that integrated our client's existing systems and processes. The web site experience was framed around a "Find, Buy, Live" concept. The end result was a localized, lifestyle-focused web site that provides extensive personalization for home buyers in all stages of the sales cycle.
