Challenge
Lockheed Martin needed a custom-built project management system to provide a central location for collaboration and communication between Lockheed Martin and their vendors. The web based tool needed to allow Lockheed Martin to post status reports, photos, schematics, and other updates for the team to respond and comment on. Any concerns the team had needed to be centrally posted to allow Lockheed Martin or vendors to quickly and properly respond.
Result
Our team provided a customized project management solution for Lockheed Martin that improved project efficiency and improved project collaboration. The initial efforts on the project centered on designing a simple interface that was well organized and intuitive to use. The project management system was designed to minimize steps, simplify data entry/formatting, and effectively scale over time as the amount of communication, number of available status reports and other assets increased.
